Murray G. Becker, 83, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026, with his beloved wife by his side. Born in Mount Forest, Ontario, Murray lived a life centered on family, friendship, and the simple joys he loved most. He was an avid golfer who also enjoyed hockey and curling, and he was a devoted fan of both the Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs. His sense of humor, warm heart, and genuine kindness touched everyone who knew him. Murray is lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Joanne (Caudle); his children, Laurie (Gerald), Ron (Joyce), Daniel (Tammy), and Jacki (Kevin); his 13 grandchildren; and his 14 great-grandchildren. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will live on through his family and friends. A celebration of Murray’s life will be held on Sunday, August 16th from 1pm-4pm at the Fergus Legion, 500 Blair St, Fergus, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Wellington. His kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
