Passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the age of 44. Beloved brother of Dana Bowden. Loving uncle of Jackson. Predeceased by his parents Bruce and Janet Bartlett. As per Phillip’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to The Diabetes Association.
