Bank donation
Jackie Andrews and Kevin Warren of the Centre Wellington Food Bank accepted a $3,000 cheque from staff at the Scotiabank Fergus branch on Jan. 25. The donation will be used for the food bank’s grocery card program, which helped 202 families over Christmas. “It’s a testimony to the level of support we have in the community,” Warren said of the program, which purchases cards through FreshCo.
