John Bach, of Elora, at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener, on Monday, October 14, 2019, in his 69th year. Husband of Susan (Loft) Bach. Father of Joanne Bach and Jay Gazzola of Fergus, Kaitlyn Bach of Toronto, and Jay Bach, and grandfather of Duncan, Damien, and Della Rae Gazzola. Brother of Terry Mazar of Calgary, and uncle of Diane and Bert Rampersaud, Tracy Mazar, Mike and Twyla Mazar, and David Mazar. Great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of Anna (Jensen) Loft of Palmerston, and brother-in-law of Ole & Anita Loft of Denmark. Predeceased by his parents Jozef and Maria Bach, and by his father-in-law Amdi Loft. John began his flying career with Time Air in Alberta. From 1973 until his retirement, he flew for Air Canada as a Boeing 767 Captain. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston. Interment in Palmerston Cemetery. Memorial donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
