Council approves updated version of Fergus South Secondary Plan
FERGUS – Centre Wellington council has passed the Fergus South Secondary Plan. The plan still calls for higher density than the community is used to but changes have been made to lower buildings on Highway 6 from eight storeys to six and allow four-storey buildings low-density areas.
