Arthur student places first in Royal Canadian Legion's literary competition
District winner – Arthur Public School student Mady Smith placed first in District C in the Royal Canadian Legion’s literary competition and advanced to the provincial level in the poetry category. She was recently presented with a certificate recognizing her District C win by Arthur Legion representative Linda Tremble.
