Arthur Optimist Club kicked off June hosting Kids Fishing Derby
ARTHUR – Arthur Optimist Club held its Annual Kids Fishing Derby, on June 1.
The event was free for kids with free hotdogs and drinks for lunch. With 76 fishers at Burn’s Pond, 40 fish were caught.
Biggest fish of the day went to Elizabeth Kramp catching a 15.5 inch fish.
Most fish caught went to Seth Clausing, Caleb Deschenes and Grayson Troyer.
First fish caught went to Maximus Warren, catching in less than two minutes.
Youngest fisher went to Everly Henry.
