Dear Editor:
For the last few years on Wellington Road 22, we awaken in the morning of Canada’s birthday to see small Canadian flags on each and every property at the roadside on both sides of our road.
This year I was unable to put my usual flags out to celebrate July 1, so this little flag was extra special to me.
Who is this phantom person that loves Canada so much that they go to all this trouble to share it?
