4-H Club Heritage Club meets
MAPLETON -The Mapleton 4-H Heritage Club met for its first meeting and held elections.
Club president is Kate, vice president is Ivy, and Charlotte is secretary.
The group made maple cookie bars as well as wild rice soup following elections.
Club members learned that putting in the right amount of ingredients for the cookies is key.
A heritage craft for the first meeting was dipped candles.
The club held its next meeting during the evening of May 9.
