4-H club gets colourful

This week we learned how to create different looks with paint combinations, trying differing mediums and surfaces.

We let our paintings sit to dry and did roll call with the question of: “If you could change the rainbow how would you?”

There were lots of interesting answers.

We moved onto our third painting where we did a dry background with wet paints, adding squiggles to represent trees. The wet paints slowly blended together which was cool.

Next we painted wet on wet and added trees and detail once it dried and then split our paper landscape down the middle and painted a view of rainbows behind branches.
