Pumpkin challenge – The 2021 Metz Community Giant Pumpkin and Zucchini challenge wrapped up with a weigh-in celebration on Sept. 25.  This year marked the 16th year for the annual event.

Organizer Jim Coffey said it was “an amazing year for pumpkins,” adding this year’s event saw the most pumpkins and competitors they’ve ever had.
