Windjammers to hold concert for Aberfoyle Public School music program

GUELPH – The Windjammers are coming to Guelph at the end of November with an Around the World  concert benefiting the Aberfoyle Public School Music Program.

The organization is a 35- piece wind orchestra that has provided concerts for charity for over 25 years.   

It was founded in 1993 and consists of local musicians who give their time and expertise for free.

Specializing in contemporary music, concerts can be latin, jazz, movie scores and American song book.

The Guelph performance will take place on Nov. 30 at the Salvation Army Citadel on Gordon Street at 6pm.

Tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for seniors, $5 for children ages 3 to 13.

Children under the age of three are free.
