What does the future hold for Wellington-Halton Hills rural areas?

ABOYNE – A panel discussion meeting for farmers and members of the rural communities in Wellington-Halton Hills is planned for March 28, 6:30-8:30pm at the Wellington County Museum and Archives (Aboyne Room).

The topic is the future of rural and agricultural life in the riding, and the role of the federal government.

This event is sponsored by volunteers of the Wellington-Halton Hills Federal Liberal Association. Admission is free.

Panelists for the event include Bill Emmott, dairy farmer and former Chair of DFO.

Also participating are Andria Jones-Bitton, Veterinarian and Associate Professor of Epidemiology in the Department of Population Medicine at the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph; and Lloyd Longfield, Member of Parliament for Guelph.
