Village of Everton holds Thanksgiving parade

Lots to be grateful for – What can you do if COVID-19 ruins your Thanksgiving plans? Heather Quigley and Laura Forbes came up with the answer. They suggested the village of Everton could hold a parade as a way  for people to meet up on Thanksgiving day and still be physically distanced. With support from members of the community, they gathered various garden vehicles and the parade wound its way through all the streets in town. If residents weren’t part of the procession, they came out to wave and greet the procession.  Submitted photos
