Scottish curlers enjoy exchange with Fergus Curling Club

From Scotland to Canada – Scottish curlers came to Ontario to exchange ideas and play a game at the Fergus Curling Club, the oldest continuously running club in Ontario, on Nov. 18. Club ice-maker Andy Maine and the crew received good comments about their conditioning.

“The ice in the Scottish clubs usually isn’t as good as the Fergus ice,” a curler remarked.

This is the badge, seen on Shelagh Fulton’s jacket, specially made for the 2022 tour. The next exchange will be next year, when members of the Fergus Club will visit Scotland.
