Police look to identify person of interest following thefts

MOUNT FOREST – Police are asking for the public’s help to identifying a person of interest in relation to a recent theft from a store here.

A photograph of a person of interest, above, was provided to the OPP and police are asking for help to identify the man.

On Sept. 15 Wellington County OPP responded to a business on Main Street South in Mount Forest. 

“It was reported that on [Sept. 14] an unknown person took three items from the store without paying and then stole a bicycle at the scene before leaving,” police stated in a press release.

A photograph of a person of interest was provided to the OPP and police are asking for help to identify the man.
