Police investigating recent thefts from Fergus vehicles

FERGUS – Police are asking for help to identifying a person of interest (right) and a vehicle suspected to be involved in thefts from vehicles here.

Wellington County OPP officials say two vehicles in the Fergus area were broken into on Dec. 9.

“Credit cards and personal identification were stolen,” police stated.

“It was later determined that one of the credit cards had been used to make a purchase at a business in Guelph.”
