Police history book ready

Fingerprints Through Time is now on sale.

The Guelph Police Service announce that its book on the history of the Guelph Police, is now available for sale. The book spans 1827 to present time and is available for sale at the Guelph Police Service, Guelph Museum and The Book­shelf book store. It is a limited print of 1,000 copies and 550 were sold in advance.

Proceeds from the book will be used to support local chari­ties.

“This project is long overdue” said Guelph Police spokesman Sergeant Doug Pflug. “Guelph is one of the oldest police organizations in the province and we are glad to share our history through this project.”

The book is $32 plus GST.
