of Arthur passed away suddenly at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Saturday, May 25, 2019 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Barb (Gammie) Meulenbelt for 55 years. Dear father of Kim and Gary O’Donnell of Arthur, The late Kenny Meulenbelt (1992), Kathy Meulenbelt and Andy Morrison of Arthur, and Tammy and Danny Becker of Fergus. Cherished grandfather of Angela Densmore, (Scott), Aleasha Hansen (Nick), Christen O’Donnell; Lane Meulenbelt-Morrison, Wes Morrison (Robin), Jenna Morrison (Sean); Shelby Timmermans (Nico), Wade Becker, Courtney Becker. Proud Papa of Emma, Alex, Logan, Addison and Axton. Fondly remembered by Jane Meulenbelt and his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Teunis and Hendrikje Meulenbelt, and brothers Evert, Harm and Aalt. The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00am followed by private family interment in Greenfield Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Ronald McDonald House or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 226, Arthur will conduct a Legion Auxiliary Service in the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6:15pm.
