of Fergus, passed away after a brief but difficult battle with cancer on October 15, 2021 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital at the age of 71. Wendy will be missed beyond words by her daughter Melissa and grandson Andrew. She was predeceased by her parents, Jim and Myrel. As the oldest of three, Wendy was a dear sister to Bruce and Beverley, who are left with many good memories of her sensible, quiet, and caring nature. As an Aunt, she enjoyed all the time she spent with Erica and later, with Erica’s son Crispin. Her extended family will remember Wendy with love, especially her cousin Eleanor. At Wendy’s request, cremation and a private celebration of life have taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Groves Hospital would be appreciated by her family, who are grateful for the wonderful and compassionate care she received there in her final days.
