1948-2020 Passed away peacefully at the age of 71 at the Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth (nee McConnell) in 2014. He will be fondly remembered by his children Brad (Melissa) of Woodstock, Trevor of Guelph, Mark (Marcy) of Cambridge, Heather (Jack) of Mount Forest, and Letitia (Richard) of Guelph. He was the proud poppa to 9 beautiful grandchildren Carter, Logan, Chase, Lila, Alex, Aiden, Adam, Anakin and Hannah. He was predeceased by parents Gordon in (1980) and Hazel (nee. Pullinger) (1999). Son in law of Charles (2005) and Letitia (1973) McConnell. Predeceased by siblings Peter, Bernice, Robert, sisters in law Rosie and Sandra and brother in law Leonard and Ronald. Patrick will be remembered by many siblings as he was the 3rd of 13 children that grew up in Elora. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers. Visitation was held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church Street East in Elora on Wednesday January 29th from 7:00 – 9:00pm as well as on Thursday January 30th from 11:00am – 1:00pm at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church. The memorial service will be held at the church at 1:00pm immediately following the second visitation. Reception at the Elora Legion.
