Loving grandmother and great grandmother of Rebecca Turner (Logan, Evangeline); Adam (Christina) Schaus (Bailey, Kennedy); Joshua Turner; Daniel (Yian) Noble (Elena); Matthew Noble; Joy Wiebe (Janelle); Caitlyn Noble (Roxanne, Donivan, Danica); Jonathan Noble, Faith-Anne Wiebe (Brooklyn); Emily Noble; Brandon Wallace; Shaney Cornelisse. Leaves behind siblings Elsie (Joseph) Reid, Norman Clarke, Barbara (Norman) Reid, Ellen (Bernard) Foss, Eugene (Janet) Clarke, Nina (Bob) Drummond, Tony (Bonnie) Clarke, Kathy (Henry) Jabbour, Hank (Vivian) Clarke, Frank (Sandra) Clarke. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Edna Clarke, her sisters Verna and Helena. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Bonnie was born in Springdale Newfoundland and was the eldest of 13 children. She spent the last 20 years retired with her loving husband by her side. Going to church and serving the Lord was her greatest joy. One of her favourite bible verses was Psalms 46:10, “Be Still, and Know that I am God”. Her passion for gardening and flowers was evident in her life. Family gatherings, playing cards, bird watching, and painting are just a few of the many things she enjoyed. Her sweet spirit, her kind heart, contagious laugh and gentle patience will be greatly missed but Bonnie’s belief was that this is not forever, we will meet again. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.” Proverbs 31:28-29. A special thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Hospice Wellington for the care and compassion during such a difficult time. Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a future date. Arrangements entrusted to the Wall-Custance Funeral Home & Chapel. Condolences can be forwarded to the family via the funeral home website below Bonnie’s notice. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice Wellington.
