Of Palmerston and formerly of Moorefield, passed away peacefully at her Royal Terrace Residence with family by her side, on Saturday May 10, 2025 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Cliff Campbell (2020) for 61 years. Dear mother of David and Jessie Campbell of Mount Forest, Barbara and Doug Forbes of Clifford, Carol and Kevin Hale of Harriston and James Campbell of Innisfil. Loving grandmother of Ashley and Mark Ferguson of Fergus, Emily Campbell and Brian Pinheiro of Toronto Matthew Campbell and Kelsey Brown of Mount Forest, John and Angel Forbes of Toronto, Nikki and Chad Reaume of Clifford, Mike and Alisha Forbes of Clifford; Darrien Campbell, Sterling Campbell both of Barrie and Octavia Campbell and David Acosta of Toronto. Great Grandmother of Lochlyn, Wallace, Angus, Maeve, Conall, Penny and Campbell. Loved sister of Gladys Hills of Palmerston. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her great granddaughter Callie Piper Forbes (2015) grandson Lael Campbell (2022), parents Earl and Roxey Capling, sisters Isobel Campbell and Earla Roth and brothers-in law Archie Campbell, and Beverly Hills. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Royal Terrace who provided exemplary care and support for our Mom, and for us, and became her second family. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Rev. Jeff Hawkins will conduct the Funeral Service in James Street United Church, Palmerston on Thursday May, 15 at 11:00am. Followed by a reception to share memories of Annie. Interment in Bethesda Cemetery.
