Downtown tunes – The Town of Minto has added the attraction of music to the downtown cores of Clifford, Harriston, and Palmerston. Mike Schwehr, left, and Jay Feser were joined by Jen French on Aug. 19 as they installed a speaker system for main street music in Clifford.
