ARTHUR – A provincial long-term care home inspection report indicates Caressant Care Arthur failed to separate COVID-positive residents from others and also failed to cohort workers, which “put residents and staff at risk of further transmission” of the virus.

Four recent overdose deaths reported in Guelph, Wellington County
WELLINGTON COUNTY – Four overdose deaths have been reported over the last week in the Guelph, Rockwood, Elora and Arthur areas. Fentanyl is believed to be involved these deaths, which may suggest a stronger than normal substance is circulating in the community, public health officials stated.
