Wallenstein issues

Dear Editor:

The Wellington Advertiser’s ability to always be improving the circulation of your awarding-winning newspaper says a great deal about your willingness to always be growing as a community newspaper.

Last week I was not able to access a hard copy of your newsprint at the Wallenstein General Store, as the box was empty. An apology note was affixed to the newspaper box. Thank goodness for your on-line accessible soft copy of last week’s issue. Well done.

Please note: OPP units and Waterloo Regional Police traffic advisory officers may want to think about placing a flashing stop or caution sign at the Wallenstein crossroads, directly in front of the general store.

The high-risk traffic intersection is a real danger for crossing Mennonite horse and buggies.
