Dear Editor
Our communities (including my own, Fergus/Centre Wellington) are richer because of the contributions of those in paid or unpaid jobs who make each day better for those they encounter. As an example, I am fortunate to have had excellent interactions with our Canada Post letter carriers and those in our local post office: in particular I would like to commend Troy Robinson: he is extremely pleasant, approachable, and considerate – he conveys a level of trust and love of his job that reflects well on Canada Post.
