Dear Editors;
Each morning for the last three decades I have awakened expecting to see the following instituted by Canada Post:
1) Mail delivery every other day……there is no need to
receive mail everyday—what could be so pressing ?
2) Institute “CUB” —Central Utility Billing. With the
internet technology today, it would be so simple to have
the major utility companies collate their invoices into a
single bill (letter) listing all the monthly costs for all
the utilities—-gas, telephone, hydro etc. Not only
would there be fewer utility bills, but obviously fewer
payment cheques in return.
