Burns outlines Wellington County economic development efforts

ABERFOYLE - Wellington County director of economic development Jana Burns offered a snapshot of economic activity in the county to Puslinch councillors on April 3. Burns focused on a socioeconomic overview, the county’s economic development plan, current economic development activities and other aspects which include partnerships with the township.

ABERFOYLE - Don Creed has reached the end of the road in Puslinch. April 17 marked Creed’s final council meeting prior to his retirement as the township’s director of public works and parks.

Officials: ‘No observed impacted fish or wildlife’ as a result of January fuel spill

PUSLINCH - On April 12, the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MOECP) provided an update regarding a large fuel spill here earlier this year.

PUSLINCH - Sometime between 6pm on Oct. 18 and 9:30am on Oct. 19, someone broke into a trailer at a gravel pit on Concession 2 here and stole several power and hand tools. The culprit(s) also damaged two gravel crushers by cutting copper cables on the machines.

Park master plan meeting is May 22
