Food Cycle Ride raises $16,700 for Food Bank

Food Cycle – Riders hit the trail/road for the 9th annual Food Cycle Ride hosted at Elora Public School on May 26. The event benefited the Centre Wellington Food Bank. In total, event raised approximately $16,700. It is the second highest the event has raised in nine years.  Food Cycle Ride founder Harvey Thomson said of this event: “I think we can be extremely gratified that the results of all the work put into this allowed us to maintain our level of support for the Centre Wellington Food Bank and further cemented the reputation of the Food Cycle Ride as a go-to event…” Photos by Aryn Strickland
