Police seek witnesses to fatal crash near Arthur, identify Dundalk victimby Advertiser staff WELLINGTON NORTH - Police have identified the man who died in a crash yesterday near Arthur and are seeking witnesses to the collision - specifically the driver of a white cube van. Emergency crews responded to a serious multi-vehicle collision on Highway 6 just south of Arthur during white-out conditions on Feb 8 at about 1:45pm. Robert William Crosby, 66, of Dundalk, was pronounced dead at scene and four others were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Police are still investigating the incident and looking for anyone who may have witnessed the crash. Specifically, police want to speak with the driver of a white cube van, possibly with front-end damage, that was involved in the collision.
