GREENWOOD, Lloyd George – passed away at his home in Minto Township on Thursday , January 5, 2017 in his 93rd year. Lloyd was the beloved husband of Joan (Rabb) Greenwood for 67 years, and father of Kenneth and his wife Sharon, Keith and his wife Mary Jo, Laurie Lee and her husband Tom Covernton, Carolyn and her husband Bruce Witt, and Kirk and his wife Treena. Remembered by his grandchildren Sondra (Brad), Kendra (Rick), Derek (Stacey), Devon (Candice), Garth, Evan, Ashley, Rebecca, Molly, and Lily; and his great-grandchildren Joshua, Trevor, Ainsley, Adley, Damian, and Wyatt.Brother of Perry (Lorna) and brother-in-law of Erland Greenwood, Gladys Greenwood, Shirley Dennis, Ross Jackson, Phyllis Rabb and Corry Rabb. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his great-grandchildren Brett and Brayden, by his brothers Douglas and Howard, and by his sisters Reta, Gladys and Dorothy. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Monday, January 9 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
