Self, Jean Doreen; Peacefully at the Wellington Terrace on March 13, 2012 in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Cleveland (2006). Fondly remembered by her daughter Thelma (Chris) Ashbourn of Elora and her son James (Rita) Self of Fergus. Missed by her grandchildren Greg (Mary-Jo) Ashbourn, Brad (Andrea Ninacs) Ashbourn, Jennifer Self and Chris (Miranda) Self. Much loved by her great grandchildren Katrina, Nynka, Carla, Johanna, Emily, Grace, Ethan and Kaiden. Survived by sister Peggy (Ben) Thistel and brother Raymond (Bernice) Self. Predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. The family received friends at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Friday, March 16th from 1-2pm, a funeral Service for Jean took place at 2pm in the funeral home chapel.
