On Jan. 18, Guelph police were called to a department store in the north end, where there was a report of a fraud.
Police say a woman “conducted a fraudulent transaction at the customer service desk.” The suspect was later identified and on Jan. 24 a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Sarahlynn Service, 43, of Arthur, was charged with fraud under $5,000. She is to appear in Guelph court on March 9.
