Habitat for Humanity hosts open house

FERGUS

The exterior of the house is what keeps us safe, but it’s the interior that makes it a home.

As the drywall goes up at 124 Forfar Street, the volunteers at Habitat for Humanity Wellington Dufferin Guelph on Sept. 27 are hosting a “Movin’ On In” event to celebrate finishing the exterior of the Centre Wellington build.

The event is taking place between 5 and 7pm at 124 Forfar St., Fergus.

People are invited to see what the house looks like and what is currently being worked on.

The group would like to thank all the volunteers who have given their time to help on the construction site.

For more information about the build visit www.guelphrestore.ca/centrewellingtonbuild.html.
