KIPP announces new project manager

ELORA

The Kitchen in the Park Project (KIPP)  has named Staci Barron project manager for the non-profit community project.

With the construction of two wood-burning bread ovens  in Bissell Park, KIPP’s goal is to provide a village space that enables participation for local   community groups.

Recognizing volunteers, the KIPP executive held an appreciation party on July 21 that included oven baked pizza and music.

KIPP events included date night featuring live music by Sara Gore-Mcfadzean.

KIPP also welcomed students from Elora Public School on June 14 and 15.

Future Saturday bakes at the park will take place July 7 and August 4.

For more information on the project visit www.kippelora.com.

To volunteer or to book a community, group or school event, contact Barron at 519-846-0586 or kippelora@gmail.com, or visit www.kippelora.com.http://www.kippelora.com.
