New sponsor for Habitat for Humanity golf tournament

GUELPH

There is a new host for the Habitat for Humanity Habitat 2012 golf tournament.

The group from Wellington Dufferin Guelph announced recently RLB Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors is the new host for the annual golf tournament; Chipping In For Habitat For Humanity.

The tournament runs Sept. 10 at Cutten Fields Golf Club in Guelph, to raise funds to build homes in the Wellington Dufferin and Guelph area.

The all-inclusive day of 18 holes of golf on exclusive private links includes access to the practice range with a golf professional, lunch, complimentary massage and other club services, snacks and cocktails throughout the day for the price of $300 per golfer  or $1,200 foursome. The day will also include a live auction and premium prizes.

“We are pleased to be hosting this year’s coming Chipping In for Habitat for Humanity’s Golf Tournament. Our employees at RLB have enjoyed the event in the past and are excited at the opportunity to give back to the community, while supporting Habitat for Humanity,” said RLB Partner Dave McEllistrum

Habitat executive director Diane Nelson said, “We are pleased that we are able to further our long term relationship with RLB. They have actively supported our builds in the past through sponsorship and volunteerism.”

The local Habitat also thanked the Bird Elinesky Wealth Management Team for creating and serving as host for the tournament for many years. Throughout the years the Bird Elinesky team raised enough money to build an entire home.

With offices in Guelph, Kitchener and Fergus, RLB partners and advisors have varied and extensive experience in many sectors of business and help clients develop a business strategy to accomplish goals and enhance performance.
