GUELPH - On Jan. 28 at about 11:55am, a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on Hanlon Parkway near Stone Road in Guelph.

Police say the officer observed a female driver that appeared to be travelling above the posted speed limit. The vehicle was allegedly clocked on radar “in excess of 130km/h,” police say.

Orly Dinar, 52, of Richmond Hill was charged with racing a motor vehicle and is to appear in Guelph court on March 7. In the above incident, the driver’s licence and the vehicle were seized for seven days.
